A personal Sauna & Contrast Hydrotherapy Pool experience, perfect for those with specific goals or needs around heat & cold therapy. Includes 60 min education, 30 min infrared sauna and 30 min contrast pools. Notes: - This session is held at Plunge Recovery, 250 Brighton Rd, Somerton Park - Booking time is subject to venue availability (final confirmation provided after booking) - Price includes venue hire and use of sauna & contrast pool facilities during session - Private sessions are only held on weekdays - Additional person(s) can be booked for a fee. Cancellation Policy

I respect that your time is valuable and appreciate that you understand mine is too. Any coaching or breathing class cancellations that occur 12 hours or more before the scheduled time can be rebooked at no additional cost. Any cancellations that occur within the 12 hour period will be charged the full fee. All cancellations must be notified in writing.
