Workshop Topics

Stress & Regulation

Practical breath and nervous system skills for modern work

Modern work places constant demands on attention, energy & decision-making, making it harder to stay focused & clear-headed.

This workshop introduces practical skills that help individuals recognise stress earlier, self-regulate & recover more effectively throughout the workday.

Participants learn simple techniques they can use between meetings or before difficult conversations — helping them reset attention & return to work with greater clarity.

Burnout, Stress & Recovery

Practical skills for preventing and recovering from chronic stress.

Burnout often develops gradually as sustained pressure, poor recovery & accumulated stress begin to overwhelm the nervous system.

This workshop explores how chronic stress affects sleep, energy, attention & emotional regulation, while introducing breath & nervous system skills that support both prevention & recovery.

Participants learn practical tools that support recovery, improve sleep quality, restore capacity & build capacity over time.

Calm Under Pressure

Breathing and nervous system skills for clear thinking under stress

In high-pressure situations, the nervous system can quickly shift into survival mode — narrowing attention & impairing clear thinking.

This workshop teaches practical regulation techniques that help stabilise stress responses & support clearer decision-making in demanding moments.

Participants learn tools they can apply before, during & after challenging situations, particularly in high-stakes environments such as emergency services, healthcare, defence, aviation & other operational roles.

Focus & Flow

Breath and nervous system tools for clarity, creativity and deep work

Modern work environments place constant demands on attention through interruptions, meetings & digital communication — impacting both work quality & productivity.

This workshop explores how breathing & nervous system state influence our attention, cognitive flexibility & creative thinking.

Participants learn techniques to stabilise attention, reduce mental fatigue & access deeper states of focused work.
