My Philosophy
Our nervous system constantly predicts what comes next and prioritises what feels most familiar. That's why patterns persist — even when they no longer serve us.

About Me
Hi. I'm Kym, a certified breathwork & cold exposure educator based in Adelaide.
In 2017, after a job loss I re-evaluated my life. I packed a small bag, booked a one way ticket and went travelling; my version of ‘Eat, Pray, Love’.
Along the way I discovered the worlds of breathwork and cold training, and with it a powerful way to reconnect with all parts of myself, through nature.
