Hi. I'm Kym, an experienced breathwork coach & certified Wim Hof Method instructor based in Adelaide.
In 2017, after a job loss I re-evaluated my life. I packed a small bag, booked a one way ticket and went travelling; my version of ‘Eat, Pray, Love’.
Along the way I discovered the Wim Hof Method and the world of breathwork, and with it a powerful way to reconnect with my mind, body & heart, through nature.
