My Mission

Our breath connects us; to ourselves, to others, to nature, to life.


Learning to consciously control our breath is one of life’s most powerful biohacks. It can instantly alter your mood, help you concentrate better, lower your stress, increase your energy and rebalance your immune system.


Breathwork also offers a path to expand our self-awareness and facilitate deep personal transformation.


It’s my mission to help you discover & explore all that your breath has to offer.

About Me

Hi. I'm Kym, a breathwork coach & certified Wim Hof Method instructor based in Adelaide.

In 2017, after a job loss I re-evaluated my life. I packed a small bag, booked a one way ticket and went travelling; my version of ‘Eat, Pray, Love’.


Along the way I discovered the Wim Hof Method and the world of breathwork, and with it a powerful way to reconnect with my mind, body & heart, through nature.
