What is the Wim Hof Method?
We’ve become disconnected. From ourselves. From others. From nature.
The Wim Hof Method is about helping to restore that connection.
The key word is restore - the ability is already within us - we’ve just lost touch with it. Predominantly because of our lifestyle; diet, stress, the way we move & the way we shelter ourselves from nature.
Through the scientifically-proven breathing, cold exposure and mindset techniques of the Wim Hof Method, you can learn to willfully influence your psychology and physiology (how you think and feel), by tapping into your nervous, circulatory, respiratory, endocrine and immune systems.

Hi. I'm Kym, a Certified Wim Hof Method Instructor based in Adelaide (but I teach Australia-wide and globally).
In 2017, after a job loss I re-evaluated my life. I packed a small bag, a one way ticket and went travelling; my version of ‘Eat, Pray, Love’.
Along the way I discovered the Wim Hof Method and with it a powerful way to reconnect with my mind, body & heart, through nature.
I'm passionate about sharing the influence improved breathing can have on our lives.
